a Marsh tit pops by here every now and then (increasingly seldom) at different times of the year so I have to double-check and this isn't it - I've seen marsh tit, treecreeper and goldcrest together all within 2 feet of this window during the winter, does the considerable warmth of the uninsulated room draw insects out of nearby branches or do they seek crumbs from the feeder? they never use the feeder themselves
