Bluntly conical cap about 15 mm across coloured light grey/white/buff with fine radial lines and a trace of white down (velar remains?) near margin. Parts of cap missing in a couple of places, maybe eaten. Dark almost black adnate gills, white where they meet stem and along edges, wrinkles in gills especially near where they meet the cap. Stem very long (10 cm, 7x diameter of cap or more), 2 mm diameter, light colour (almost white/honey-brown with white down at top and bottom, no ring. Black spore print. Growing in grass at side of bridalway with farmland and forest nearby.
