Has been present here since at least 2011. This particular site has been labelled as Lathyrus latifolius (Securigera varia has turned up at other positions in the Ness rock garden), and I have wondered if that was a mislabelling, but this year I could see a little Lathyrus latifolius buried under the Securigera varia. The status of plants like this in gardens like Ness is a bit of a minefield - on the one hand rare plants are deliberately introduced (and sometimes go wild); one the other hand they also accumulate from accidental introduction by garden operations and the actions of visitors. My guess is that here Securigera varia in in the latter category.
