The specimen is 9 mm long, excluding the antennae which are not more than 2 mm. It has a segmented body with two protrusions at the tail, a dark stripe along its back, is without wings or a wing case, has NO shell and NO waist and can NOT roll into a ball. It has 12 legs (possibly 14, there are two leg-like limbs near its head).
