Observation - Member of Dytiscidae? Diving beetle - UK and Ireland. Description: Several of these beetles(?) swimming upside down under water in our pond. The rear legs used for locomotion using a rowing action - very fast moving. Come to surface and appear to rest or take on air? Length of body about 10mm.
