Non-biting chironomid midge

Non-biting chironomid midge

Observation - Non-biting chironomid midge. Description: This interesting insect was found in my moth trap. I'm leaning towards some sort of large midge. The grid lines are 5mm square in the bottom of inspection pot and give some sort of indication of size. Could it be a female Chironomus plumosus?
