Conic cap about 4cm in diameter with furrow lines radiating from the centre to a darkening edge. Gills quite distant from the stipe. Growing in a domestic lawn perhaps out of unknown submerged rotten wood. The last image shows one of this clump at a later stage of development - if that's the right expression in this case!
