I've been trying to key this out, starting from the very useful keys that David Gibbs has made available at: http://davidjgibbs.webs.com/pipunculidae.htm

But I can't arrive at an entirely satisfactory conclusion so far. The fly is small (wing length just over 3mm). It has no long hairs on the thorax, and no dark stigma mark on the wing. The position of the cross-vein is the next question, and this one seems to fall between being in the basal third of the discal cell (which would mean genus Dorylomorpha) or in the middle of the discal cell (genus Tomosvaryella).

I think it is nearer the latter (partly based on size), and if so it leads to Tomosvaryella palliditarsis, but I don't have a lot of confidence in that conclusion.
