Photo not good enough to establish species, but on closer examination there seems to be 2 types of leaves partly visible, some ternate triangular others more dissected. All the flowers seem to have non-reflexed petals. That eliminates Bulbous buttercup which has reflexed sepals. The flower stems seem smooth, with one maybe grooved. Possibilities are thus Meadow buttercup and/or Creeping buttercup, but could not see runners of the latter specie.Growing on damp meadows prone to flooding.
