Observation - Could do with some help with this one.. Description: Growing on heathland, among cowberry and heather. Growing up to about 40cm high. Tough woody stem. Leaves alternating, about 2cm in length and 0.7 cm width - simple and entire. Soft, short hairs on leaves especially underside which appear silvery. No frag

Growing on heathland, among cowberry and heather. Growing up to about 40cm high. Tough woody stem. Leaves alternating, about 2cm in length and 0.7 cm width - simple and entire. Soft, short hairs on leaves especially underside which appear silvery. No fragrance noted when leaf crushed. What appear to be red berries, some of which are attached directly to underside of leaf - seems odd to me.
