Lassioglossum species and attacking wasp

Observation - Lassioglossum species and attacking wasp. Description: I think the bee I was looking at, and taking photos of, was a possbile Lassioglossum species. A wasp swooped in and subdued it in a few seconds, before flying off with it. I would like to narrow down the possible Lassioglossum spceies, if that is what it

I think the bee I was looking at, and taking photos of, was a possbile Lassioglossum species. A wasp swooped in and subdued it in a few seconds, before flying off with it. I would like to narrow down the possible Lassioglossum spceies, if that is what it is, please. But the attacking wasp (I assume wasp) has a particularly colourful side to its abdomen that I can't match in ID guides. It was the hottest day of the year with an air mass up from the continent south of us. Could it be a non-native wasp?
