Observation - Common Bluets swarming a female. Description: There was a splashing a few metres from the shore of a lake. It was a group of males assaulting one male in copula with a female. There was quite a struggle. The whole sequence of 5 shots lasted less than 6 seconds - and the fight was over. I think the

There was a splashing a few metres from the shore of a lake. It was a group of males assaulting one male in copula with a female. There was quite a struggle. The whole sequence of 5 shots lasted less than 6 seconds - and the "fight" was over. I think the others were trying to displace the male in copula. How normal is this behaviour?
