Is this LUMPY BRACKET?

Observation - Is this LUMPY BRACKET? - UK and Ireland. Description: 9 - 1 foot across. White with green bands. The green appears to be a mold added on. Growing on fallen branch in woodland where there are beech, plane, sycamore, yew and pine trees. Little, similar, fungi growing on the top of the main one. When I phot

When I photographed this same kind of fungus (last year?) it was IDed as Lumpy Bracket But! . . When I read up about Lumpy Bracket it says it grows on standing beech. All the fungi I found like this in this wood was growing on fallen or felled wood - then and now.
