Observation - Conocybe tenera? - UK and Ireland. Description: Group of small yellowish/tan mushrooms growing in grass by side of road near the beach. Brown caps 3.5 cm across, 0.5 cm high at darker centre, radial fibres, umbo, margin curved upwards. Smaller ones were bell shaped. Widely spaced free/emarginate brow

Group of small yellowish/tan mushrooms growing in grass by side of road near the beach.
Brown caps 3.5 cm across, 0.5 cm high at darker centre, radial fibres, umbo, margin curved upwards. Smaller ones were bell shaped.
Widely spaced free/emarginate brown gills in 3 tiers. Visible beneath cap in side view. About 35 reach the stem.
Hollow stem 8 cm long, 2 mm diameter, light brown but darker with whitish powdery striations at top.
Rusty brown spore print.
Oval, light-brown, smooth spores, 11-14.5 x 6-7.5 microns.
