Observation - Deciduous garden climber. Description: Climber: self-clinging; deciduous; woody stem; non-spiny; pinnate leaves, opposite. The plant is severely stunted due to being in a small pot, unwatered, infested with scale insects and generally neglected. I don't know how big it would normally grow

The plant is severely stunted due to being in a small pot, unwatered, infested with scale insects and generally neglected. I don't know how big it would "normally" grow.

I have no idea what it is: it has never yet flowered, probably due to the poor conditions.

Any suggestions, anyone?
