Observation - Lost ancient (?) tree - UK and Ireland. Description: Lost (dead carcas) of oak tree used as habitat It is held together by a central metal stake with assorted metal brackets. In spite of the tree being dead, the carcas is a habitat for many spiders, snails and beetles (not seen but holes noted) also lichen
