At last some mushrooms after the drought, at least a drought of mushrooms if not rain! This group of grey-brown mushrooms were growing in a rainy Asda car park in a border with some trees and shrubs. Cap of the one I took home (not the biggest) was about 8 cm across, stem was 6 cm long x 2 cm diameter. Spore print pinky-beige. At first I though these were Blewits - until I saw the spores that look like irregular little asteroids. It was through them that I worked towards it being an Entoloma, probable E clypeatum. The spores seen via the microsope appeared to have 5-7 sides and measured 7-9 x 6-8 microns.
