To establish a pictorial record of all the Flora and Fauna that occur on Strawberry Hill. This property forms a corridor between the Outeniqua Mountains and the sea. It is 75 hectares in extent and 65 hectares is covered with Afro-Temperate Forest and Albany Thicket. Its boundaries are the Kaaimans and Silver Rivers that meet at the southerly point of Strawberry Hill, The rivers merge at The Point and flow down through the Kaaimans Gorge to the Indian Ocean. The vegetation is a mix of Afro-temperate Forest and Albany Thicket with some elements of Fynbos in the Kikuyu paddocks at the top. The Fern Trail meanders through the forest and down to the rivers that encircle it.
