2018 Reason for resubmission: The unresolved problem and stalemate.
We found the first plant in early June 2005 went back and got shots of the flowers on the 11th.
The nearest match we could find was M pustulata which was agreed.
However Julian Slade came up with a new ID (Massonia longipes) which wasn't in the iSpot dictionary and is still (2018) not listed in the Red List.
There was an extended debate (see 2009 post) and the index link to the 2005 observation seems to be lost(https://www.ispotnature.org/communities/southern-africa/view/observation/299440/massonia-query-pustulata-cape-point-2005#new)
