Observation - Red bumblebee bird - Southern Africa. Description: The breeding males are brightly coloured with bright red and black plumage. The forehead and face and throat are black and the rest of the head red. Found flying above the reed beds often with their plumage puffed out. Build their nests amongst the reeds.
