Awaiting the rainy season, many Lowveld trees are in full flower. This Red Bushwillow also has a light flush of new leaves. Most of the pods of the previosu season have dropped to the ground. Some strange growths on the thin branches. Somehow I don't think the growths are phyllody caused by a Phytoplasm. To me they look like a parasitic plant rather than witches broom. Any ideas?
