This small woodland area is rich in plant life, and most of the smaller plants currently have 'cuckoo spit' on them. I found it on the honeysuckle, nettles, thistles and on this cleavers (or goosegrass). This froghopper nymph is just leaving its protective parcel of bubbles, which it produces when it sucks the saps of its plant.
