I think it is just one species but maybe two? I have just got home to my ID book and realised I should have measured everything! But any guesses / likelihoods would be very much appreciated.

Circular honey-guides.
Trailing capillary leaves in water straight AND nearer edge of river more 3D structure to capillary leaves.
Leaves have distinct 3 sections with rounded 'fringed' tips.
Growing in clusters.
