the second most numerous visitor to the flowers of Kleinia fulgens in the garden, from the in photos in Woodhall (2005) p.333.3A & 3B the male Banded Gold Tip has a blacker wing bar while the female's is more brown and has an additional isolated black spot on the forewing, although the text appears to indicate otherwise but perhaps its inter-form variations which are confusing this reader. This observation includes 2 individuals, possibly one male and the lighter one female. (If the powers that be want this separated into 2 obs post directive and it will be done later)
