Daylily below Amber Glen dam growing in wide profusion. Ground is wet here. Could have been dumped in the past but the number suggests they arei now invasive, cf US name Ditch Lily.

Day Lilly (Hemerocallis flava) growing wild on bank at Midmar Dam. Possibly a garden escape / hybrid as the species is not mentioned in Pooley. Strap like leaves about 1 m, flower 100mm.
