Very flat, spreading Erica growing on rock face near E.galgebergensis. Leaves have extra long hairs. Open backed, roundish leaves. 3 bracts that are up against the sepals. One BRACT is extra long and is nearly as long as the flower also having long hairs. Unfortunately flowers long finished flowering. Round flowers <5mm. Seems to have seeds that have long hairs too! Sepals with hairs also long and at the tips. Best fit is E.cryptanthera but then the bracts would be remote which is not the case here.
