Compact dwarf succulent forming clusters between 5-20cm wide and up to 5cm high. Leaf pairs round, apex truncate or concave, found one that where keeled, up to 1.3cm in diameter, fissure area inflated or with depression, very prominent white marking around fissure of all specimens, epidermis blueish-green, velutinuos, densely covered with soft curved papillae. Leaves on higher part of ridge has many spots, once on lower ridge has fine and less spots. Flowers light pink with white base, 0.8-1.5cm in diameter, only petals exposed outside the leaves of all plants that where in flower.
