previously thought to be a Gifberg & Maskam endemic, this is now the second Bokkeveld collection; local and uncommon in Bokkeveld Sandstone Fynbos on loamy soils; veld > 15yrs old; no threats here as in Blomfontein NR (Stewardship site)

reseeding sp to 50cm; locally common in seasonally damp loamy sands in area burnt 2yrs ago; if id is correct this would be the first record for the Bokkeveld of this Maskam and Gifberg endemic

Maskam & Gifberg endemic; to 50cm; mainly on shallow sands; locally fairly common, no major threats although there has in the last 10yrs been some clearing of new rooibos fields within its range (notably within 2km of this locality)
