Found this arachnid in the store room at my work. Can anyone please identify if this is indeed a false widow?

It's certainly Zygiella. Colouration and where you found it would tend to favour Zygiella x-notata, but it's not possible to be sure without examining it's sexual organs (epigyne - since this looks like a female) under magnification. It could be Zygiella atrica, but this tends to be redder on the sides of the abdomen and normally found further way from buildings.
I should really categorise this as 'likely to be this but can't be certain'.
However its unlikely to be the more rural z.atrica, (usually but not always redder) nor the poorly recorded tree specialist z.stroemi (which appears to have a split cardiac mark and a prettier folium).
