Not a very good photo but am hoping that the beaded antennae and bristly wing margin might help identification.

I wonder....

if this might be a fungus gnat (Sciaridae). I can't see the venation well enough - they have a very distinctive forked middle vein - but the antennae are certainly right, and the general 'head down' posture. Having said that, I can't match it to any pics of the family. Any more pics showing the wings?
