Looks like it might well be Glistening Ink Cap C micaceus. You can see the powdery veil vestiges on the caps.
Could easily be C. micaceus but also C. truncorum looks more or less identical, including veil remnants. C. micaceus has a more downy stem but can't really tell from this pic.

Would like to say otherwise but I was blissfully unaware of either of these fungal doppelgangers until I spotted one (or was it the other one) a couple of days ago.
