I saw this shrub and wondered what it was. It has distinctive serrated leaves and waxy texture. The fruits are lilac/white and about the size of a large marble. Likely evergreen. Any ideas?
First thoughts for the berries was Symphoricarpos but pedicel is to long. I just wonder if they are artificial, the pedicels have the appearance of plastic when looking at the original image.
... Ilex x koehneana (Ilex aquifolium x latifolia), in which case the fruits must be from some other plant.
