It could be 2-3m high, not sure how broad tho. Will go there soon again and will try to take a closer look and let you know.

How much contrast ...

... in colour is there between the two sides of a leaf? (Cotoneaster simonsii has less contrast than similar plants such as Cotoneaster dielsanus and Cotoneaster sternianus.)

I just added a photo of the leaves, there is a slight contrast between both side of the leaf.
