Description:

Nothing seems to stop the Goldfinches from feeding, not even the strong wwinds hanging the feeder at an unusual angle. Nor does it stop them from argueing about who's feeder it is in the first place!

Great shots -

If Hitchin is anything like Sawtry, I'll bet there will be Wood Pigeons gleaning the spilt food, as soon as the wind drops.

Not Too Bad, Actually.

Hitchin is in a gap in the Chilterns, and there are hills (fairly low in some directions) surrounding us. It means we're quite sheltered though. Letchworth is a couple of miles away up the hill, and there's a Hitchin saying: It's two coats colder in Letchworth. It's windier up there, too!
