Looks like Trametes spp.

Looks like Trametes spp. maybe T. ochracea which is not common or T.versicolor Turkey Tail which is very common and variable colours. Not sure how to distinguish between the 2!
Not sure how true colours are but possibly you have Cobalt Crust Terana caerula under T. spp. on second photo.
Do you know what tree species it is on?
