To confirm the ID of this species you'll need to observe the capsule lid (shortly pointed in H. androi, beaked in other species). Nice to see mosses on iSpot!
I'm steadily trying to get a better sense of what mosses are in our local woods. Gradually getting my eye in, but it's a slow process
What is the most difficult with them is to admit that not everything can be identified!
