This is less finely sorediate than C. fimbriata often is, but in view of the overall shape of the podetia (i.e. cups and stems) and their being sorediate to the base, I go with C. fimbriata. The new book on lichens of Dutch dunes (Aptroot et al) shows similar podetia as a weathered (verweerde) state.
