In the UK, common voles are only found on Orkney (the Orkney vole is its other name), so in this location this will be either a bank vole or a short-tailed field vole. I would tend towards the latter because the ears are relatively prominant (field vole), but there is a reddish tinge to the fur (usually bank vole) and I can't clearly see the tail, so I can't be certain.
