As Cornus kousa is deciduous, whereas C. capitata is evergreen.
I could not decide, from the one photo.
I also couldn't quite decide if those fruits were in singles (more likely to be C. kousa) or sometimes in bunches, sometime held singly, which would make me lean towards C. captitata.
Anyone have anything definitive to add?
