Tripe Fungus/Jelly Rot

Having just found Auricularia mesenterica for the first time I've been browsing the other posts here to look at the different stages of growth and the different appearances.
This post stands out as looking quite different from the others and looks (to me) more like Jelly Rot (Phlebia tremellosa).
I wonder if you are familiar with both and can point out to me what makes it one rather than the other. That will help me be clearer and better able to make a postive ID in future.
Thanks.
