Still not found out if this

Still not found out if this is the first record for Buckinghamshire. This location was a several hundred metres away from where I previously found it but this time on fresher dung and fungus in good condition so no doubt that there is still a good population of the species in that area. Again I was not actually looking for it but just happened to notice it on the first bit of horse dung I saw.

Dung fungi - wow so many

Dung fungi - wow so many species! Talking to mycologist today on Fungi Walk on Welsh upland with plenty of sheep dung - fantastic. This is a different 'micro' world!

The more I know the more I realise I don't know

No! Plenty of unidentified

No! Plenty of unidentified species including some Coprinus but too small to identify in the field.
Back to the lab and microscope(not me!)

The more I know the more I realise I don't know
