Your example doesn't have the all black legs of A. sabulosa.
Probably best described as 'Ichneumonidae' ie family level. These are notoriously difficult to id to species level from a photograph and there are a number of genera in this family.
Incidently, I remember when that was a working railway, with the electric trains running between Morecambe and Lancaster. Yet another victim of Beeching's axe.
