quitón de muy pequeño tamaño, endémico de Coquimbo.
presenta reproducción ovovivipara
No interactions present.
This specimen was found under boulders in intertidal pools in La Pampilla, mainly associated with bryozoa and brachidontes granulata. This species is considered the only ovoviviparus chiton by Plate (1899), but this information has been not confirmed!
I have found only two sites were this species is present, Punta de Tralca in central Chile and in La Pampilla (Coquimbo).
