The bone on the right looks very much like a cetacean vertebrae to me, but that's as far as I could guess!

Yes they are cetacean bones -

Yes they are cetacean bones - the one to the left is a scapula or shoulderblade from something middlesized like a dolphin.

Cetacean vertebrae are always quite light in weight and have a very distinctive triangular neural canal where the spinal cord runs.
