Chlorophyllum brunneum and C.

Chlorophyllum brunneum and C. rhacodes are very similar to each other and used to be lumped together as C. rhacodes. Actually I would not like to say which of the two it is.

I have agreed with your id and I presume microscopy is needed to determine which one it is.
