Description:

Tiny brown caps with a very thin white edge. Stipe much longer than the diameter of the cap, and paler. Growing in mossy grass on moorland not far from a disused quarry. No trees nearby. No image of the underside - these were the only 2 examples present and I didn't want to disturb them.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Galerina?

I am keen to learn and would be grateful if you could tell me something about why you suggest Galerina.
