Clavulinopsis helvola
Description:

Grassland near woodland at base of embankment, bright yellow small slender simple club solitary or like this in tufts, size 0.3cm dia x 3-7cm tall,unbranched,clavate,laterally compressed and grooved.It is not possible to be sure with some Clavulinopsis as they require microscopy of the spores so I have put likely as my id.
