What are the features that identify this as Cyanea capillata? There does not seem to be a long mane of tentacles, in fact I cannot see any tentacles at all. Perhaps it is dead yet still floating in the water?

I think it is a very damaged specimen - perhaps caught in and roughly evicted from a net. I'm going mainly by size and colour which, by themselves, tend to rule out most other things.
It is an odd view, but I can't see it being anything else
