Description:

Bird seen on mossy rock near west bank of Afon Mellte, because its white chest was on display. It took off after a few seconds and flew low over the water downstream, to be joined by a second bird that had been perched on a neighbouring rock undetected.

So, assuming you know the difference tween a Ring Ouzel and a Dipper (you're bound to and it would be an unusual Ouzel sighting!)
