Any chance you can go back and get a photo of the gills which should be decurrant also remove some earth around the base of the stem which should have a yellow ting.I found this a few weeks ago it is at the beginning of the carousel below,normally found in coniferous woodland.

To be honest I'm not sure I could find it again after a days hunting a woodland looks all the same...lol , hope to find another yellow Bearded Milkcap tomorrow (1/10/13) to get more details regarding milk etc...
